We take payment through both Visa and MasterCard.
My package hasn't arrived, should I be worried?
Orders are shipped with a tracking number, which will be sent to you in a shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received your email please check your junk mail, or contact one of our customer service representatives by phone (1-800-210-7831) for more help.

Packages usually arrive within 3-5 business days. For slow delivery, please contact our customer service agents, who can issue you an extension of your trial. Please review our Terms and Conditions for more information.
I ordered the trial but changed my mind – can I cancel, and how?
Yes, you can cancel at any time during your 14 day trial and will receive no future shipments or billing. To cancel, just call one of our customer service representatives (1-800-210-7831).
I've ordered the trial, used a few doses, and don't want it – can I still return it?
It's important to us at Dyna Storm Nutrition that all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase. You can return any product you've ordered within 30 days of purchase for a full refund (less S&H), even if the bottle is empty. You are responsible for paying the return shipping cost.
How do I return my product?
If you would like to return your product, please contact one of our customer service representatives by phone (1-800-210-7831) and we will be happy to provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and give you instructions for returning your product. Items returned without an RMA number or marked Return to Sender will not be issued a refund.
When should I take the product?
Serving details appear on the bottle of your product. Please review those instructions when taking any Dyna Storm Nutrition products.

DSN Pre-Workout: Take 3 tablets in the morning or before your workout.

DSN Post-Workout: Take 3 capsules at night.
What will happen if I stop taking the product after a few weeks of use?
There will be no negative effects if you stop taking the product, unfortunately you will also not see the workout maximizing benefits of continued use.
I want to change how often I get my shipments – how can I do this?
We would be happy to discuss your shipment schedule with you. If you would like to discuss delaying a shipment please contact one of our customer service representatives by phone (1-800-210-7831).
Do I need to go to the gym to see results?
Yes, taking your Dyna Storm Nutrition product in combination with exercise and a good diet is the best way to achieve your fitness goals. Each and every Dyna Storm Nutrition product is backed by smart science and is specifically designed to turbocharge your fitness routine by unlocking your body's natural muscle building/recovery potential.
I have a medical condition/I'm pregnant/I take regular medications – can I take the products?
Our products contain quality ingredients that are considered safe for human consumption.

Before beginning any exercise or supplementation regime, you should always consult your medical professional to ensure that the product is right for you.
Are the products FDA or Health Canada Approved?
Dietary supplements sold in the United States are not subject to pre market approval. However, all Dyna Storm Nutrition supplements are manufactured in facilities that abide by GMPs and follow the guidelines enforced by the FDA.

Natural Health Products sold in Canada are subject to pre market approval. All Dyna Storm Nutrition products in Canada have been granted a license and meet the regulations enforced by Health Canada.

    Roles and Responsibilities of Dyna Storm Nutrition:

    Dyna Storm Nutrition "DSN" will provide product and fulfillment for all sales obtained by YOU of DSN's products as contained on the Product List supplied to YOU by DSN. Note the Product List may change from time to time and if YOU want the most current Product List, email [email protected]

    DSN is not the agent of either YOU or YOUR customer. DSN retains all rights to all images of DSN products and retains the right to prohibit the use of any and all images provided.

    At such a time your application has been approved, DSN will provide a basic, non hosted e-commerce store template that YOU may modify and host to distribute DSN products so YOU may begin generating sales as soon as possible. DSN is not involved in the actual transaction between YOU and YOUR Customer.

    YOU may not use any of the images or product information supplied by DSN for any other purpose other than to gain sales, which will be given to DSN.

    Billing & Payments:

    YOUR credit information must be provided to DSN before this contract can become valid. At the end of each month YOU will be charged for the orders placed and shipped that month. Items will not be shipped until the payment is cleared from YOUR prior monthly order.

    We accept credit card, direct wire or check. If YOU prefer paying with check please contact us to make arrangements. Please note that shipments paid by check will not ship until YOUR check has cleared. There will be a $95.00 return check fee for any checks that do not clear. Payment terms will be net 10 calendar days unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.

    Ordering & Shipping:

    All orders can be made through email at [email protected] or other electronic means as approved by DSN from time to time. All orders usually ship within 1-2 business days. We do our best to keep all of our products updated on our website with photos. Please note that availability and prices can change without notice. We will ship YOUR orders to YOUR customers directly once YOU complete the order form online or we have received electronic confirmation from a CRM to process sales on YOUR behalf.

    Payment must be cleared before shipping. All orders are shipped through third party courier and their address will appear on the product label. DSN will not be responsible for any shipping issues; delays, lost or stolen deliveries at customer's residence. We will not be held liable to send out replacements with expedited services, all replacements will be shipped by a third party courier service.

    Sales and Tax: YOU agree that it is the sole responsibility of YOU to collect, report and remit all taxes to the correct tax authority for all business transactions, sales or revenue stemming from the sales of the DSN's products. YOU further agree that DSN is not obligated to determine whether a sales tax applies and is not responsible to collect, report or remit any tax information arising from any transaction involving the images or photos provided.

    Fees and Charges: DSN will provide YOU with a detailed listing of all items shown in the product list along with, but not limited to, the price they will be charged for each item, all other charges which may be due in affiliation with each item. DSN will also provide YOU with the suggested retail price but does not promise or suggest those prices to be the best price for YOUR web site. YOU will pay all fees and charges incurred with each item shipped by DSN directly to the Customer. The price YOU charge for each item will be left solely to YOUR discretion.

    Return policy:

    YOU are responsible for arranging your own customer service and clearly posting a return policy on ANY website or other channel YOU use to distribute DSN products.

    Returns of any products ordered from YOUR website or channel will be governed by YOUR return policy. DSN reserves the right using OUR sole discretion to terminate any dropship relationship immediately due to inadequate customer service that will damage the reputation or likeness of DSN or other distributors.

    Right to Modify: DSN retains the right to modify this agreement at any time. Changes will not be retroactive. If any modification is unacceptable to YOU, YOUR recourse will be termination of YOUR participation in DSN Drop Ship Program. Continued participation will constitute acceptance of the modifications.

    Responsibility: DSN is in no way responsible or liable for the success of YOUR business, the accuracy of any marketing material or websites YOU operate or own, including but not limited to any marketing material that third parties may prepare on YOUR behalf. Further, YOU have independently evaluated the desirability of participating in DSN's Drop Ship Program and YOU are not relying on any representation, guarantee or statement other than set forth in this agreement.

    Business Related: This agreement will be governed by the laws of the province of British Columbia and any disputes will be in courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia.

    Non-Payment: Non-payment by YOU will result in immediate removal from DSN Drop Ship Program. Legal action will be taken if any payment reaches 30 days past due unless credit has been extended in writing by DSN. DSN is not responsible for any payment problems between YOU and the Customer.

    Severability: If any provisions or sections of this agreement shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision or section shall be deemed severed from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
